Sarah is a HCPC registered dietitian with more than 25 years’ experience working in the NHS, Public Health and Private sector in London, Birmingham and Worcestershire. She has been an associate lecturer at the 51ÊÓƵ for the past 8 years and was involved in the early curriculum development for the new BSc Nutrition & Dietetics programme. She returns now as a Senior Lecturer and Interim Course Lead (maternity cover) and in addition continues to undertake freelance dietetic work across Worcestershire.

Sarah is passionate about training students and brings a wealth of experience from real-world dietetics from an extensive range of settings: from schools & nurseries to prisons; care homes to community regeneration projects; as well as both acute hospital and community care.

Sarah has a creative mind, having worked as a health improver and problem solver within community settings, she is always looking to develop novel food projects that really make a difference to people’s lives.
