Andy started with the 51ÊÓƵ in October 2019 as an Associate Lecturer, largely supporting student placements and student recruitment.

With the challenges caused by the pandemic in early 2020, Andy increased his role to support students as a coach/mentor and took on an increased teaching role. Over recent years, Andy has also been a trainer for NPQH and NPQML courses as well as an external marker for NPQ assignments and has wide experience in training and development for teachers and school leaders. He is also trained as a coach for leadership teams. As part of this training, Andy is now looking forward to moving on from his partnership role, working on the university provision for coaching and tutoring.
